Water

• The main water valve is located right at the entrance, in the left cabinet behind the wooden door
• Labeled with the name "Janíčková"

Electricity

• Fuse box is located right after entering the building's main entrance
• The main electricity switch is in the first cabinet on the left as you enter the apartment

Gas & Boiler

• Yellow gas valve next to/behind the pipe (half-open position means gas is flowing)
• To turn on the boiler:
  • Second gas valve is located under the boiler (turn the valve handle halfway toward yourself to open)
  • Flip the wall switch next to the boiler to "Acceso" position
  • Turn on the boiler using the touch panel

Note: Clean bed linens are available in the cabinet. You can make up the beds and sofa bed in the bathroom. Down the stairs, there's a large closet with additional supplies (cola, extra linens, etc.).

• Please tidy up (vacuum, wipe surfaces if needed, clean the kitchen, etc.)
• Lower the blinds and shutters
• Empty and defrost the fridge and freezer
• Turn off the boiler:
  • Switch off using the touch panel on the boiler, wait about 2 minutes, then flip the wall switch to OFF
• Close the gas valves (both the pipe valve and boiler valve)
• Turn off the electricity switch in the apartment AND the main switch in the hallway
• Close the main water valve

• TV activities: PS4 with games, also works as a DVD and Blu-ray player
• Off-screen activities: board games in the console below the TV
• Kitchen ready for drinks: coffee maker, grinder, moka pot and teas
• Pots, pans, a gas stove and an electric oven
• No Wi-Fi available. Mobile signal on the windowsills
• There's no washing machine yet either, but there will be one day
